Off Grid Sessions is a two days event, consisting of talks, seminars, and workshops, bringing together leaders, creatives, and professionals. The event is hosted on the secluded Osea Island, and required a solution that was dynamic and adaptable. As the island’s preferred provider of event production and AV services, we stepped in to ensure the event was successful.
Off Grid at Osea Island
We collaborated closely with the Off Grid team to understand their requirements for the event. Including a site visit to each location across the island, ensuring bespoke solutions were designed for each venue.
The main focus was on The Dome, where the attendees spent most of their time, for talks and seminars. Off Gird also had exclusivity to other parts of the island for other sessions and evening celebrations. Osea Island’s unique charm lies in its isolation, so made the need for robust and reliable power and AV solutions even more critical.
For The Dome, we installed a stage that accommodated a wide range of presentations. We added lighting rigs for the talks during the day and we were able to transition these seamlessly into a setup for the evening celebrations.
The Outcome
Our high quality sound systems ensured every speech was heard clearly, regardless of where attendees sat in The Dome. Video projection systems were added to the seminars and created engaging multimedia experiences.
The production needed to shift gears from the professional tone of the talks and seminars to the vibrant energy of the evening party without a hitch. Sound and lighting displays brought the energy up, delivering an unforgettable evening for all attendees.
The OffGrid Festival ran without a hitch. The Dome became the heart of the event, thanks to our bespoke solutions alongside our technical expertise.
