Job Title

Service & Installation Coordinator

The Role

In this client-facing position, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients and contractors to make sure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.

The Service & Installation Coordinator performs a lead role in client interactions with support from the Service Manager or Project Managers. 

You will be responsible for managing the relationships between the client and the wider Spotlight team, through effective account leadership. The Service & Installation Coordinator will act as liaison between the Spotlight Sound team and the client, taking responsibility for the overall customer journey prior, during and after a job.

Reports To

The Service & Installation Coordinator will report to the Director.

Events & Warehouse Assistant

The Role

The Event and Warehouse Assistant will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day running of an increasingly busy warehouse including maintaining and preparing equipment for events and hires. They will also be required to work on events on site.

Reports To

The Events and Warehouse Assistant will report to the Technical Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

Warehouse

  • Assist with maintaining an organised and tidy warehouse
  • Operate rental software to manage equipment, including selecting and preparing equipment for hires, processing returns and adding new equipment and stock
  • Cleaning, testing and maintenance of equipment
  • Basic repairs of equipment including making cables and changing plugs

Events

  • To deliver equipment to site
  • To assist with setup and removal of temporary sound, lighting and video and staging for events
  • Operate sound, lighting and video equipment on site on events

The Account Manager performs a lead role in client interactions prior to sale with support from the Project Manager or Lead Technician.  Following the sale, the Account Manager performs a support role in client interactions.
