When Red Bull needed AV solutions for their event on Osea Island, Wonderland Agency approached us. Their high profile event included a presentation and an evening party, requiring a sturdy set up to ensure everything ran flawlessly.
Our Solution for Red Bull
We provided a comprehensive event production package, including:
- Full AV: We supplied sound, lighting, and video for the presentation, ensuring clarity and engagement for all attendees.
- Power: We powered the whole event across the island, ensuring stable supply. When the generator for the catering unexpectedly failed, we provided back up power.
- Onsite support: Our team provided hands on support, troubleshooting and adapting to the needs of the event.
- Party setup: We set up and maintained the AV elements for the evening celebrations.
The Outcome
Red Bull’s team and guests enjoyed the experience and praised our professionalism, flexibility, and problem solving abilities.
“Thanks so much for all of your help onsite with this one. It was great to have Ashton, Sam and team on board who were all really helpful and accommodating onsite. The initial feedback had been that they were super happy and everyone had a great time at the event. From my perspective, I was really happy with the services you provided, and thanks for jumping in and saving the day when the arch generator died!”
