In Any Event approached us to provide full-scale AV and event production for the Segen Event on Osea Island. The event was a dynamic blend of a daytime conference, an outdoor festival with a trailer stage, and a late-night shack party, requiring seamless transitions between different technical setups.
Our Approach
For the daytime conference we set up a professional AV system. This was tailored for clear speeches and presentations, including:
- Wireless microphones and discreet PA system for panel discussions.
- Large screen displays and projectors to ensure visibility for all attendees.
- Dedicated AV technicians for smooth transitions and speaker support.
For the festival outdoors we provided:
- A trailer stage with a fully integrated lighting rig.
- A powerful sound system, ensuring even coverage across the audience.
- Live sound engineering, including backline support for performers.
The event wrapped up with a high-energy party in The Shack, where we transformed the space with:
- Lighting, including intelligent moving heads, strobes, and LED uplighting.
- A sound system with deep bass and pristine clarity.
- Custom DJ setup to enhance the atmosphere and maintain energy levels late into the night.
The Outcome
The Segen Event was a massive success, with seamless transitions between each phase of the experience. In Any Event praised our ability to adapt and deliver top-tier AV production across diverse environments. The festival stage rocked, the conference was smooth, and the shack party was an unforgettable finale.
